Meet Our Founder

Mikeshia (Keshia) Manning

CEO and Founder

Mikeshia (Keshia) Manning, founder, started Outsourcing Advocate Group after more than 20 years’ experience driving outsourced operations in government and corporate organizations. Keshia has been recognized for her strategic thinking, negotiations skills, risk mitigation, thought leadership and ability to deliver on the most difficult projects. She has a team of talented outsourcing professionals with more than 100 years of combined experience.

Prior to starting Outsourcing Advocate Group, Keshia, has worked to stand up outsourcing operations for companies such as Envision Healthcare, Healthcare Service Corporation aka largest BCBS, CNA Insurance, Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, Illinois Department Housing Authority and more. She provided business consulting to several small businesses in the Chicago and Texas Area.

Keshia moved to Nashville in 2022 and has been actively engaged in community and business sectors. She spends her time volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club, mentoring college students at Tennessee State University, gardening and traveling.
